We would like to invite you to participate in our trade show at our 104th AGM.

Cancellation Policy and Deadline
Full refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be honoured on cancellations received by March 1, 2013.

 Registration Instructions
  1. Click on event title AGM Exhibitor One Booth or AGM Exhibitor Two Booths
  2. In the Register Now box select if you would like one or two booths.
  3. Click on the “Select Functions” button.  This will allow you to select your booth preference and show the booth pricing.
  4. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.  You will see this item has been added to your cart.
  5. Click on the “your cart” link.
  6. Review order details.
  7. Click on checkout if details are correct or make any necessary changes.
  8. You will be asked to either log in or create a profile.  If you have received a username and password, please use this to log in. If you have not, create a profile.
  9. Review your information and choose your method of payment.
  10. Click on the “Process Order” button.

Thursday - April 18, 2013 - 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Friday - April 19, 2013 - 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
 
Move Out
Friday - April 19, 2013 - 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Exhibitor Participation
The Icebreaker on Thursday, April 18, and the Exhibitors' Lunch on Friday, April 19 will be held in the exhibit area.  Forty-five minute coffee breaks are scheduled for Thursday, morning and afternoon and Friday morning. The Friday afternoon coffee break will be thirty minutes.  Exhibitor introductions will be done on Friday morning.  
 
This year, we will be having an exhibitor table beside the registration desk where you can display your promotional materials.  
 
Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join in all other social festivities by purchasing a ticket and thereby expanding client contact potential and exposure while at the AGM. A registration package for the social functions will be available on our website shortly.
