We would like to invite you to participate in our trade show at our 105th AGM.
Exhibitor Fees
$1,050.00 plus GST
Booth allocations will only be made upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy and Deadline
Full refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be honoured on cancellations received by March 7, 2014.

To be a trade show exhibitor please register online.
Registration Instructions
Go to www.alsa.ab.ca.
Login with the username and password that you have been provided. If you do not have one, please create a profile.
Click on "my member" which is located at the top of the page.
Under the events heading click on "Register for an Event."
Click on the "Select Functions" button. This will allow you to select your booth preference and show the booth pricing.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will see this item has been added to your cart.
If you would like more than one booth, click on the "Add More Function" button. If not, proceed to step below.
Click on the "your cart" link.
Review order details.
Click on "checkout" if details are correct or make any necessary changes.
Review your information and choose your method of payment.
Click on the "Process Order" button. A confirmation page should appear.
Exhibitor Booth Includes
10 feet wide by 8 feet deep booth space
8 foot high backwall drape; 3 foot high sidewall drape
One - 700 watt outlet and flood lights
One skirted 6 foot table with two chairs (4 foot option)
Two event registrations/booth for the Icebreaker and Exhibitors' Luncheon

Wednesday - April 23, 2014 - 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Show Hours
Thursday - April 24, 2014 - 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Friday - April 25, 2014 - 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Move Out
Friday - April 25, 2014 - 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Participation
The Icebreaker on Thursday, April 24, and the Exhibitors' Lunch on Friday, April 25 will be held in the exhibit area. Forty-five minute coffee breaks are scheduled for Thursday, morning and afternoon and Friday morning. The Friday afternoon coffee break will be thirty minutes. Exhibitor introductions will be done on Friday morning.
This year, we will be having an exhibitor table beside the registration desk where you can display your promotional materials.
Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join in all other social festivities by purchasing a ticket and thereby expanding client contact potential and exposure while at the AGM. A registration package for the social functions will be available on our website shortly.
