Exhibitor Fees
$1,075.00 plus GST.
Payment is required at time of registration.
Booth space will be assigned at the discretion of Alberta Land Surveyors' Association.

Cancellation Policy and Deadline
Full refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be honoured on cancellations received by March 20, 2017.

Floor Plan

The floor plan has not been provided as this will be dependent on how many exhibitors we have. We will contact exhibitors individually to obtain their booth preference(s) once the number of exhibitors are known.

Exhibitor Booth Includes
10 feet wide by 8 feet deep booth space
One skirted table with two chairs

Power and internet will be available from the hotel.

No show services will be available.

Wednesday - April 19, 2017 - 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  

Show Hours
Thursday - April 20, 2017 - 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Friday - April 21, 2017 - 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.  

Move Out
Friday - April 21, 2017 - 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.          

 

Exhibitor Participation
The Icebreaker on Thursday, April 20 and the Exhibitors' Lunch on Friday, April 21 will be held in the exhibit area. Forty-five minute coffee breaks are scheduled for Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning. Exhibitor introductions will be done on Friday morning.

There will be an exhibitor table beside the self-serve registration desk where you can display your promotional materials.
