Wednesday - April 15, 2026 - 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Show Hours
Thursday - April 16, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. - Midnight Friday - April 17, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Move Out
Friday - April 17, 2026 - 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Fees
$1,500 plus GST per booth. Floor Plan

Cancellation Policy and Deadline
Full refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be honoured on cancellations received by March 20, 2026. Cancellations after March 20 will be reviewed individually. Exhibitor Booth Includes
10 feet wide by 8 feet deep booth space. 1 - 700 watt outlet.
One skirted 6" table with two chairs. Two event registrations for the Exhibitors' Lunch (Thursday) Icebreaker (Thursday) and ALSA Lunch (Friday).
Extra Booth Services - Deadline April 1
If you would like to pre-order additional items for your booth, at your expense, please contact GES at banff@ges.com or 403-762-2828. Deadline is April 1.
Exhibitor Participation
The Exhibitors' Lunch will be on Thursday along with the Icebreaker in the evening. The ALSA Lunch will be on Friday. Coffee breaks are scheduled for Thursday morning and afternoon and Friday morning. These events will take place in the exhibit area. There will be exhibitor introductions on Thursday afternoon during the business meeting. Security
Please note that booth security will not be provided. Exhibitors are responsible for monitoring and securing their own materials and equipment throughout the event. The room will be locked at the end of each day.
Booth Personnel
We will ask you for the names of your booth personnel when we email you your booth confirmation.
Hotel Reservations and Draft Schedule
Hotel reservation deadline is March 15, 2026.
