This one day hands-on plan checking workshop presented by Mark Selander,
ALS will cover the basics of plan checking. Topics covered will include the use of
checklists, meeting the needs of approving authorities and clients and a review of
pertinent acts and regulations and other reference material. Real-world examples
will highlight common drafting errors and provide an opportunity to develop a
plan checking strategy for your staff. This seminar is designed for ALSs and articling students only. Only ALSA members can register.
